3 | Egg Yolks |
100g | Chopped Walnuts |
450g | Chocolate |
- Brown butter
- Chop bars of chocolate
- Mix Wet
- Mix Dry
- Add dry to wet
- Mix Chocolate and Walnuts
- Form 6oz pieces and place in zip top bag
- Refrigerate overnight
- Bake middle rack 350°F for 23 minutes (adjust to your oven)
- Top with flake salt mid-bake
