About

Hello there!

About me:

About This Site:

I guess this wouldn't be a legitimate digital garden if there wasn't at least some acknowledgement on how the site was made somewhere on the site. It starts with the Obsidian plugin Digital Garden formatted into 11ty, pushed to github, and hosted for free with Netlify. Honestly, I'm not a web developer at all and a lot of this goes over my head. I even had to create a github account for the first time in the process. The creator(s?) of this plugin honestly made it super easy for me to create when I previously tried running Hugo from a terminal unsuccessfully. If you would also like a similar site, check out the official guide:

Beautifully put by Hermitage, this should explain the plant icons you can find throughout this site.

Maturity Levels

The maturity level for each note is represented by plant icons of various growth.

Seedling

Seedlings (Maturity Level: 1|14) are thoughts barely started. Maybe Jotted down in haste or simply showed only a brief amount of what I thought about it by far.

Sapling

Saplings (Maturity Level: 2|14) have a substantial amount of content, but much work to be done. Coherence and patterns are just emerging in it.

Tree

Trees (Maturity Level: 3|14) are grown-up coherent pieces of thought/essay/expression that should not change much except for some editorial enhancements.
